With a service agreement from AREPA, you ensure structural maintenance and protection of your installations. Our specialists perform periodic technical cleaning, inspections and protective measures. This keeps your equipment functioning reliably and prevents unexpected downtime. 

Our service agreements are made up of three service levels:CORE, PROTECT en ADVANCED. Each level offers an extension of services and protection.

Our service agreements are modular. You choose the service level that suits your installations and maintenance needs. 

CORE 

TheCORE service agreementforms the basis and focuses on periodic technical cleaning and reconditioning of installations. 

  • Technical inspection (site survey) at the start of the contract 
  • Periodic reconditioning or deep cleaning of installations 
  • Statement of completion after work carried out 
  • 24/7 priority support for incidents such as pollution, spills or calamities 

This package is suitable for organisations that want their facilities cleaned regularly and professionally inspected. 

PROTECT 

ThePROTECT service agreementbuilds on CORE and focuses on actively protecting installations from new contamination or corrosion. 

In addition to all CORE services, this package includes, for example: 

  • Installation and replacement of anti-corrosion capsules 
  • Replacement of filters and seals where technically possible 
  • Including materials and cleaning agents 
  • Comprehensive reporting after maintenance visits 

This level of service helps keep installations clean and protected for a long time. 

ADVANCED 

TheADVANCED service agreementprovides the highest level of service and adds additional analysis tools and monitoring. 

In addition to all services from CORE and PROTECT, this package may include, for example: 

  • Monitoring humidity, temperature or dust build-up 
  • Pollution and contamination analysis 
  • Additional specialist services 

In some situations, monitoring or analysis can be organised through an external specialist.
