Precommissioning

During construction and assembly of new plants, different types of contaminants can enter systems. Think of dust, metal particles, oil or assembly residues. This internal contamination is often not immediately visible, but can lead to malfunctions, reduced performance, premature component wear or even closure and fire hazards during initial start-up.

In precommissioning, we clean and condition installations before they are first tested or started up. Our specialists remove contamination that may have unintentionally entered installations during transport, assembly or construction work.

Depending on the installation, this can include, for example, transformers, MCCs, control cabinets, variable speed drives, mechanical components or other process-critical installations. By carefully cleaning installations before commissioning, we reduce the risk of malfunctions and ensure that systems function optimally from the very first moment.

A new installation must function reliably from the very first moment. However, residual contamination from the construction or assembly phase can lead to malfunctions, contamination of systems or accelerated wear of components.
